We have started working on the VO+AI project for Mikrofonika Voice Bank. Mikrofonika has never been afraid of innovative technologies. It is the first Polish online voice bank. It has been recording via the internet since 2001. With such experience, the team knows best how to combine the expertise and skills of the best voice-over artists with the advantages of artificial intelligence. Hence, the VO+AI project, based on the fair trade principles of generating professional voice-overs using neural networks, commonly known as artificial intelligence. We have prepared a sample in collaboration with Jacek Brzostyński, one of the most popular film voice-over artists, a voice known to every TV viewer in Poland. The material was part of the presentation “AI vs VO – Round #1” during the 7th OSL (National Voice-Over Meeting) in March 2023. To showcase the project’s capabilities, we used a clip from the movie “Reservoir Dogs,” directed by Quentin Tarantino, Miramax Films.
